Sedtrans92 input - Window interface program
Introduction
Sedtrans is program computing sediment transport rate for
continental shelf conditions. It take into account current, waves, sediment
grain-size, sediment density and bed roughness. Different versions exist,
including Sedtrans921 and Sedtrans962 , which are written in Fortran and which are
either UNIX or DOS executables.
Program description
"Sedtrans92 input" is a helper application to use Sedtrans92 on computer
running Windows 95/98/NT/Me/XP/etc. "Sedtrans92 input" allows inputting
all the parameter for one calculation with a form.
It then call the original Sedtrans92 program and it presents the results
in a second window.
"Sedtrans92 input" was written by Urs Neumeier in 2003, who owns the
copyright.
Download
Generally only the program files that are zipped in "sedtrans_input.zip"
are necessary. See installation instruction in the README
file.
The program is is written in VisualBasic 6, and it requires the run-time
library of VisualBasic 6. This is commonly already installed on computers.
Should it not be the case (error message when launching "sedtrans92_input.exe"),
the run-time library must be installed with the file "VBRun60sp5.exe".
